St. Louis, MO - March 30, 2007
Effective March 30, 2007, the AP and GPL sales teams will be responsible for all product brands sold
through our distribution network (AP, GPL and Dixie Narco), in effect, resulting in a single sales
organization for our distribution business. This will help speed our progress in creating a cohesive
distribution network that achieves appropriate market coverage across all sizes of operators.
Roy Taylor, currently Director GPL Sales, will assume the title, Regional Sales Director, Northeast
Region and will also serve as our GPL Lead, with overall responsibility for the GPL brand. Roy spent 20
years with the Pepsi Corporation and franchise organizations. He joined CMS in July of 1999 as Central
Territory Regional Manager and was promoted in 2000 to the Director of GPL responsible for sales in our
distribution network including the U.S., Canada, and export markets.
Bryan Aune, currently AP Area Sales Manager, will assume the title, Regional Sales Director, Midwest
Region and will also serve as our AP Lead, with overall responsibility for the AP brand. Bryan started
his career with a local Minnesota vending company, experiencing all facets of the business, including
the money room, warehouse, route driver and service department. He also spent 17 years as the sales
manager for the authorized AP distributor in the upper Midwest, Lieberman Companies before starting at
Automatic Products in 2004, working in his current role.
Mark Gilbert and Dave Bender will continue with their roles as Regional Sales Manager, South Region, and
Regional Sales Manager, West Region, respectively.
Roy, Bryan, Mark and Dave will continue to report directly to me.
As stated in previous communications, Ron Barnes will continue to serve as our Dixie Narco Lead, with
overall responsibility for the Dixie Narco brand.
